Inclusions and conditions

Welcome and included waiting time

Transfer package prices are fixed irrespective of traffic. The price and terms are accepted before any requested payment and written confirmation by Blue Prestige, subject to availability.

Airport collection includes 60 minutes from the actual landing time. Drop-offs and other pick-ups include 15 minutes. Beyond that, each started block of 15 minutes actually waited is charged at the agreed rate, subject to chauffeur availability.

Surcharges and journey expenses

For journeys outside package routes, the one-way distance is established at booking and a minimum fare applies. An airport welcome on a non-package journey adds 25 € to the kilometre-based rate. Tolls and parking are charged at actual cost unless stated otherwise.

Night journeys (10 pm–6 am): +15%. French public holidays: +20%. Only the higher of these two applies. Collection on a CDG or Orly package: +10%, with a 30% cap for airport and night or holiday increases combined. Urgent requests: 20 € including VAT per vehicle and relevant journey, added after these percentage increases. Applicable additions are included in the estimate.

Cancellation and no-show

No cancellation charge at least 24 hours before service; 50% from 12 to under 24 hours; 100% with less than 12 hours' notice or a no-show. Assignments exceeding 12 hours require a specific quotation.

How does payment work?

Payment is by bank transfer or Qonto payment link after you agree to the price and booking terms. Advance-payment or business-account arrangements are specified before booking. You have nothing to pay to prepare an enquiry on this website.

Can I change my journey or extend chauffeur hire?

Every change must be confirmed with the team, subject to availability. Read the conditions on the Prices page.

Do you serve Le Bourget and Paris stations?

Yes. Paris–Le Bourget transfers appear in the tariff schedule. Station pickups are arranged with the train, time and meeting point. Read the conditions on the Prices page.

Can you organise a journey outside Île-de-France?

Yes, after reviewing the route and availability. Journeys outside fixed-price routes are quoted using the kilometre schedule or a specific proposal. Any tolls, parking and assignment expenses are specified before confirmation.
