2. Website access
The website is accessible without creating an account and without access charges from Blue Prestige. Equipment and connection costs are borne by the visitor. Blue Prestige seeks to restore the service; the absence of permanent availability does not limit statutory remedies for a breach attributable to it.
3. Enquiries, simulator and booking
The website presents services, vehicle categories, reference prices, the coordination method and practical articles. The simulator produces an indicative estimate from the information entered. Service, availability and price are subject to a written proposal and then confirmation under the booking terms. No payment is collected on this showcase website.
Forms prepare your enquiry in the browser. The simulator and contact form send buttons transmit your enquiry to the Blue Prestige server. Processing and retention periods are described in the privacy policy. The simulator allows you to resume for 24 hours using a draft stored on the device. You can delete it at any time in the simulator; an expired draft is deleted on the next opening. Other forms remain in the open page; the browser may apply its own autofill functions.
Clicking a send link opens the email or WhatsApp application with the prepared text, notably within the WhatsApp link address. The third-party service then receives the information necessary for this opening. The visitor checks and completes the sending themselves. This operation should not be confused with the absence of all technical processing by the hosting provider or messaging service.
