Let's talk about your journeys.

Speak with a coordinator to prepare a transfer or the business travel of your team.

The details, clearly explained.

Traveller or organiser: know whom to contact and how your journey is followed.

What is the difference between the coordinator and the chauffeur?

The coordinator prepares the assignment, gathers instructions and follows communications with the organiser. The chauffeur welcomes the traveller and drives them. They share the information needed for pick-up.

Who should I contact on the day of travel?

Use the chauffeur’s number, provided before pick-up, to find them at the meeting point. For programme changes or if you cannot reach them, contact the coordinator handling your booking.

Can I arrange a journey for a loved one, client or colleague?

Yes. Specify who is travelling and who is organising, with useful contact details and pickup instructions. Send the traveller the driver's name, phone number and meeting point. The coordinator stays in touch with the organiser during the assignment.

How does my company receive mission updates?

The coordinator sends the organiser pickup and arrival information and reported unforeseen issues. After the journey, they send the report and gather the agreed billing instructions.
